Workplace Plaster Provision

Employers should maintain adequate plaster stocks as part of their workplace first aid provision. Plasters are the most frequently used first aid item and deplete faster than any other kit component. Regular stock checks - at least monthly - ensure provision remains adequate. For catering environments, only blue detectable plasters should be stocked in food preparation areas to prevent contamination risk.
