2. Orders and Contract Formation
An order placed through this website constitutes an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent confirmation.
3. Product Descriptions and Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on this website are accurate. Where products are manufactured to published standards such as BS 8599-1, the kit contents conform to the standard specified at the time of listing. Minor variations in packaging or component branding may occur where manufacturers update their supply chain without altering the clinical specification.
4. Delivery
We deliver to mainland UK addresses. Delivery timescales and charges are detailed on our Delivery and Returns page. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. We will inform you as soon as possible if there is a delay with your order. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at cs@firstaidsupplies.co.uk with your order number.
6. Returns and Refunds
Goods must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in resaleable condition. Sterile and sealed medical products cannot be returned once opened, in accordance with medical device handling regulations. Return postage is at the customer's expense unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods using the original payment method.
7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If goods arrive damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
First aid products supplied through this website are intended for use by trained or competent persons in accordance with current first aid guidelines. Webcom Limited accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from the misuse of products or failure to follow manufacturer instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
9. Commercial and Organisational Orders
Business customers placing orders for commercial or organisational use acknowledge that certain consumer cancellation rights may not apply to bespoke or large orders. Contact us to discuss specific requirements.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
