FirstAidSupplies.co.uk delivers workplace first aid kits, consumables, and medical supplies to businesses, schools, sports clubs, and organisations across the UK. All orders are dispatched via tracked courier from our central UK logistics hub.

Delivery timescales begin from the point of dispatch, not the point of order. Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delivery is to mainland UK addresses. Additional charges may apply for Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and offshore destinations.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Charges and any applicable free delivery thresholds will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.
Order Tracking
All orders are dispatched with tracked delivery. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking reference and a link to monitor your delivery status. If you have not received your dispatch email within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at cs@firstaidsupplies.co.uk.
Returns Policy
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, contact us at cs@firstaidsupplies.co.uk stating your order number and reason for return.
Conditions of Return
Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and in resaleable condition. Sterile and sealed medical products, including first aid dressings, sterile eye wash, and individually wrapped consumables, cannot be returned once the seal or sterile packaging has been broken. This exclusion exists to protect product integrity and comply with medical device handling regulations.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a faulty product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cs@firstaidsupplies.co.uk with your order number and a photograph of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
